Summary
Sora 2 Pro is pretty good at storytelling. When generating multi-scene outputs, it can maintain narrative consistency, offering a glimpse of what coherent one-shot narratives could look like. It excels at 2D and 3D animation. However, it performs worse than other frontier models like the Veo 3 set, with very poor logical consistency and extremely wide variance in output quality. Outside of the Sora App, for any serious use case the recommendation is still Kling, Seedance, or Veo.
