Some links on Megaton — including the “Try” buttons on model and comparison pages — are affiliate links. If you click one and sign up or subscribe, Megaton may earn a commission, at no extra cost to you. We use Artlist’s affiliate program (via Impact) among others.

Our scores are independent of these links

This is the important part. Affiliate relationships have no effect on how we score, rank, or write about any model. Evaluations are produced from the same prompts and the same reviewer rubric for every model, and a model does not rank higher, lower, or get a “Try” button because of an affiliate arrangement. Where an affiliate link isn’t available for a model, the button simply points elsewhere — the evaluation is unchanged.

Why we disclose

U.S. FTC guidelines require clear and conspicuous disclosure of any material connection between a publisher and the products it links to. We show a short disclosure next to the affiliate links themselves and maintain this page for the full policy.
